Event Details

Running a community based organization provides countless benefits for its members, but is not easy to do with a lack of resources and money. Time and task management, budget allocation, defining goals, managing volunteers and measuring success are some of the biggest challenges that these organizations face. EventBank brings together a panel of leaders to discuss some of the best practices and how they overcame challenges in growing their organizations, but still manage to keep the community flourishing and everyone engaged. This event is for leaders from NGOs, special interest groups, and community-based organizations.
