Schmidt co-founded 1 Lacrosse LLC (a sports equipment company) and successfully exited in 2009, as well as Ivy Discovery Institute (an educational services company). Schmidt has traveled to over 50 countries and in 2004, sponsored by Nike and Phillips, he traced Marco Polo’s route, cycling 100 days from Beijing, China to Venice, Italy. He holds both a MS with a focus in Technological Entrepreneurship and a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). He arrived back in the Philippines after a 12 year absence that saw him working in Texas, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia. He officially began his position with AmCham Philippines on December 1, 2012.
A Texan, with a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Ebb was based in the Philippines from 1993 – 2000. He is married with one child.
He has spent 22 of the last 25 years in Asia Pacific which includes 21 years with a US based pump manufacturing company, 6 years with a prominent semiconductor company and the last 4 years in the Service Industry.

Chief Operating Officer at Institute of Internal Auditors PhilippinesEloi has over 20-years of experience in almost all facets of finance, accounting and administration from a wide variety of industries such as trading & distribution, manufacturing, real estate, construction, mining and service organization in managerial capacity for over 10-years. She also has 5-years of combined experience in external & internal audit gained from Deluria, Serrano & Associates and from A Brown Company Inc, a publicly-listed & the holding company of the Brown Group of Companies.
Eloi has worked over 6-years within the Brown Group of Companies of varying operations from manufacturing, wholesale and direct-selling/networking, real estate development & construction, mining to agriculture among others. Growing from the ranks, as a Junior Internal Auditor to Regional Accounting Manager, she has successfully set-up and organized the Real Estate Division’s operation in Cagayan De Oro, operationalized the Group’s construction & mining company which later branched- out to include water drilling and agriculture in Mindanao and managed the areas of accounting, credit & collection and warehouse & logistics of the Brown Group’s Visayas regionaloperation (Brands: Vulcaseal, Rugby, WBrown Shoes & apparel and famous consumer products

Mr. Villaseñor serves as Chairman of the Board & CEO of the Procurement & Supply Institute of Asia (PASIA) and also currently the CEO of TransProcure a Global Procurement & Supply Chain services and soltuions provider.
He is known as a procurement and supply chain management icon in the Asia region and for his mission and advancement in promoting ethics , sustainability and best practices in supply chain management. Mr. Villaseñor has multiple industry exposure in supply chain, procurement & logistics management notably oil & gas, manufacturing, telecom, financial services, healthcare, transportation, construction and retail industries. He was also Founder COO of BayanTrade, the first and largest B2B eCommerce company owned by the Philippines largest multi-indstry congloemrates. Prior to this, he was the Regional Procurement Director or Caltex (Chevron Texaco) and held seinor supply and leadership executive positions in 3M, Coca-Cola and Ariba (an SAP company).
