    With over 30 years of management expertise, Executive Director and Founder of AES, Nick Koerbin is one of Australia's most experienced association leaders. He has held positions as the CEO of Materials Australia, the National Parts Code, Master Painters Australia Ltd, as well as General Manager positions in the Institute of Insurance, Australian Quality Council, the Financial Planning Association, the Australian Human Resources Institute, and the Furniture Industry Association of Australia.

    He is the Executive Director of Association Executive Services (AES), the only Australian organisation that provides complete management services to associations. He is also a non-executive board director of the Australasian College of Paramedic Practitioners Ltd

    In 2010, Nick was part of the team that designed and developed the NFP Association Self-Assessment tool used by association leaders to evaluate and benchmark their organisation's performance compared to similar associations.

    Nick has been able to assist leaders in becoming more confident and informed decision-makers to create more effective strategies and implementation plans.

    Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Management. In addition to his fellowship of the Quality Society of Australasia, he is also a former board director, state president, a fellow of the Australasian Society of Association Executives, and a member of the American Society of Association Executives.

    He is the author of several publications for managing change. They include "Quality Journey," a journal that has become one of the most valuable documents for any business seeking to implement Quality Management principles. He is also the author of "Organisational Culture & Change," a resource now used by tertiary students to undertake business management qualifications. In 2019 he authored the "Association Executives Tool Kit." A complete practical handbook for managing an association in Australia.

    Mr Saharsh Damani has a proven track record of taking Federations ahead in the game in his previous two roles at the All India Digital Cable Federation (AIDCF) and Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF), the preeminent body of Digital Cable TV Operators and Television Broadcasters in India. Releasing Indian Auto Retail Figures is a testament to his commitment towards Auto Retail Industry in India.

    Apart from Media & Entertainment, Mr Damani has worked in various other industries, such as, Information Technology, Building Materials and Life Sciences, on M&A, Strategy and Research related areas.

    Mr Damani graduated in Accountancy Honours and went on to do his Masters in Finance (Gold Medallist) followed by CFA and MBA (Finance & Marketing).
