Chiang joined the Australian Childcare Alliance NSW on the 29 August 2016. He brings over 20 years of senior executive experiences from government, not-for-profit, industry association, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), business insurance, defence, information technology and telecommunications sectors.

His affinity with Australia’s childcare industry is primarily through his 13 years in local government as an elected councillor and Deputy Lord Mayor, extended family members who owned and operated a successful childcare centre, and a father-in-law architect who had designed several childcare centres.

Chiang’s career highlights in legislative and commercial terms include negotiating the world’s highest remuneration arrangements for Australian lottery agents, successfully lobbying for the removal of over $1billion annually in futile labour-costs resulting from the globally controversial tobacco plain packaging legislation, project managing the then world’s fastest mobile number portability operation industry code and subordinate legislation across all Australian telecommunications carriers, installed engineering and US logistics databases as part of building our ANZAC-Class frigates and Collins-Class submarines, as well as producing Australia/New Zealand’s first national standard for IT security for businesses.

Affectionately called "The Association Man," Octavio (Bobby) Peralta is a mechanical engineer by education, development banker by training, and association executive 'by fate' (30 years and counting). He is currently Secretary General of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia & the Pacific (ADFIAP), Member of the Board of Governors of the World Federation of Development Financing Association (WFDFI), Founder & CEO of the Philippine Council of Associations and Association Executives (PCAAE) and President of the Asia-Pacific Federation of Association Organizations (APFAO). Mr. Peralta is also a proud member and task force volunteer of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

Eric once traced Marco Polo’s route from Beijing, China to Venice, Italy, 100 days by bicycle – he was appreciatively sponsored by Nike and Philips. He also previously lived in China (17 years) and Guatemala.

Mr Ravi has 25 years of corporate experience in diverse industries across Indian Geography. He has served as Ex-Vice President Kotak Life (Head Gujarat), Ex Associate Director Tata AIA. Current Mr Ravi is serving as a Board member and Director MSME Business forum India. He has been awarded awards in the Tata group for the top employee, received felicitation at Tata International Geneva(Switzerland). Working closely and promoting India Govt's "Make in India" initiative and this venture made him interact with many Heads of States of different Countries visiting India like the PM of Japan, President of Gabon, President of Kenya, President of Mozambique, President of Seychelles, President of Brazil in 2019.
He was part of the delegation invited by the Govt for a study tour to see the working of Chinese Industries and their global strength in 2018. At MSME Business Forum India he is Committed to bringing the level of Indian MSME/SME/Startups to global competitiveness with the right support handholding, Intervention of Subject Matter Experts. Mr Ravi loves travelling and playing golf on weekends to relax.
