Olivia Jingshu Ji was one of the top female entrepreneurs in the Tech space, especially AI and enterprise SaaS industry worldwide. She was reported as the “Youngest Chief Operating Officer” by Business Weekly and many other media. As a serial entrepreneur, in 2013, she founded the First Global AI-powered Community Management Cloud company Glue Up, which now has offices in 14 countries around the globe with clients in over 70 countries. Glue Up’s AI-powered All-in-One Community Management Cloud, Membership management Cloud, and Event Marketing CRM Cloud have not only helped business, companies worldwide to go cloud, realizing digital transformation; but also helped many NGO organization and communities, empowering them with the best engagement software to better fulfill their missions and social responsibility.

In her free time, Olivia is passionate about charity activities. She co-founded Beijing Hefeng Art Charity Foundation to finance and support rural kids to get quality art education. She also established the Olivia Jingshu Ji Prize, a scholarship at the University of Sydney which is the first scholarship in Australia that is named by a Chinese national.

Eric once traced Marco Polo’s route from Beijing, China to Venice, Italy, 100 days by bicycle – he was appreciatively sponsored by Nike and Philips. He also previously lived in China (17 years) and Guatemala.
