    Steven has been the Executive Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in Taipei for two years having served on the board since 2008. He has over 20 years of management experience in Asia with 17 of those being based in Taiwan. A self-described habitual networker Steven has worked in Business Development in the Education, Commercial, and Not for profit industries which has given him a unique insight across multiple sectors. He originally came to Taiwan working for the commercial arm of Cambridge University and has since worked in the Automotive services industry, CSR and Not For profit. Until recently he was working for a large Taiwanese Group as their Head of Business Development and CSR heading up both commercial and non-commercial projects. Prior to settling in Taiwan he worked for MNCs in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the UK.

    Deborah Melissa Bottreau, of French-Argentinian descent is a Graphic Design Graduate from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. She is the Founder, Managing and Creative Director of Sienna DMB Sdn Bhd, a creative and branding agency based in Malaysia.

    Deborah is currently the President of the Malaysian Association of ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs (MAAYE), after previously serving as the Founding Deputy President. She also currently sits as Secretary General of the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Council (AYEC), an officially ASEAN-mandated network of Young Entrepreneurs from all 10 ASEAN Member States and also was recently nominated the Deputy President for the Global Entrepreneurship Movement (GEM).

    Now running her own business full time, she is a part of various start ups involved in e-commerce, crowdfunding and marketplaces. Her and the company have branded & organised events for various Asean Initiatives such as ABAM (Asean Business Awards Malaysia) ABIS 2015 (Asean Business & Investment Summit). In her spare time, Deborah has also served in various speaking capacities in various Forums organised by the ASEAN-Japan Business Council, University of Nottingham, Kolej Damansara Utama (KDU), MCA (Malaysia Chinese Association) Youth, GREAT Programme in Kuching, Sarawak organised by the Malaysia Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC), the Asean Youth Initiatives 2016 organised by Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia (PPI) and was invited to be one of keynote speakers in Quanzhou, China for the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Youth Entrepreneur International Conference. More recently, Deborah was invited to be a judge for the KDU Hatch Up Biz Plan Competition and officially launched their programme as an effective entrepreneurial platform. She was also the Organising Chair for the 1st Asean Young Entrepreneurs Carnival 2016, the first of its kind. And was also awarded Marie Claire’s Amazing Women 2016, Prestige Top 40 Under 40 in Malaysia, 30 Women Achievers & Leaders for the Golden Globe Tiger Awards 2017 and Association Executive of the Year for MAAYE by APAC 2017 Industry Associations Awards.

    Chloe joined the British Chamber in Myanmar in April 2015 as Project Director of the Overseas Partner Delivery Initiative (OPDi), a global initiative working with UK Department for International Trade to support, strengthen and promote British business in Myanmar. Chloe established a small team within the Chamber to deliver Trade and Business services. The Chamber is now successfully operating a range of Business support services to assist UK companies with accessing export opportunities and establishing links within Myanmar. Chloe previously implemented the OPDi project for the British Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines.

    Chloe was successfully promoted to the role of Chief Executive of the Chamber in April 2017, where she maintains full responsibility and oversight of the management and operations of the Chamber and its activities.

    Prior to this, she worked in Policy and Public Affairs for the London Chamber of Commerce and in similar roles for membership organisations in Finance, Health, Construction and Property. Chloe holds a Masters degree from Kings College London, UK.

    Payal S. Kanwar is the Secretary General of the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI). She is a gold medallist and topper in French Honours in Punjab University and holds a Masters in Corporate Communications from NEOMA Business School, France. She has over ten years of experience in the field of international business relations, public communication and advocacy. Prior to her present role, she has held senior positions at the Embassy of France in India and BNP Paribas.

    Ms. Kanwar played a pivotal role in building the activities and developing the Chamber to emerge as one of India’s most active bilateral chambers in India. She has facilitated a number of interactions between French companies and the Central and State Ministries in India and has initiated various dialogues to promote the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ campaign and her work with the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt of India has largely benefitted French SMEs and large business groups.

    Under her leadership, IFCCI has grown in stature as a nodal organisation for advancing the interests of France and its co-operation with India. Ms Kanwar was awarded “Outstanding Woman Leader” for excellence in Indo-French Relations by the Indian Council for UN Relations (ICUNR) & Government of Delhi in March 2017.

    Graham Norris is Senior Director of Communications of AmCham China. He joined AmCham China in 2013 and is responsible for all internal and external communications for the chamber, including the website, email newsletters and Business Now magazine. Before joining AmCham China, Graham worked in public relations for both Ogilvy and Ruder Finn in Beijing, serving clients such as Microsoft, Caterpillar and adidas, and providing media and communications training. Graham also has nearly a decade of journalistic experience, having worked as a desk chief for Dow Jones Newswires in Singapore and Tokyo, and as a newspaper editor and freelancer writer in Taiwan. Originally from the U.K., Graham has a B.A. in Economics, Politics and American Studies from Leeds University, and an M.B.A. from Heriot-Watt University. He speaks Mandarin and holds leadership positions in both Toastmasters and the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of China.

Visvesvaraya in the year 1916. A worthy combination of dynamism, simplicity and humility, he is a man with creative ideas and is enthusiastic to embark on his new role. Having gained deep insights into the profession as a fellow member of the ICAI with more than 30 years’ of impeccable professional standing, he was also the President of the Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association (KSCAA) in the year 1999-2000. Apart from being a Chartered Accountant, he is a qualified lawyer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts. He has been the Past President of the Rotary
    Bangalore Orchards - Rotary International District 3190, Past Governor of Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, USA - Bangalore Chapter. Currently, he is the senior partner of K. Ravi & Associates, Bengaluru.

    Guillaume Rebière took the direction of CCI France Myanmar, the French Myanmar Chamber of Commerce, in May 2015, and has implemented its development ever since. CCI France Myanmar received the 2017 APAC Small Chamber Award, in June 2017, in recognition for its performance, and for the quality and the diversity of business services that it offers to companies operating in Myanmar. Since then, CCI France Myanmar has continued its growth, gaining new Members, extending its services, launching Members Committees, and opening a Business Centre in Mandalay.

    Before joining CCI France Myanmar, Guillaume had worked for nearly ten years at the CCI Lorraine (France), for the economic development of French and European mountain regions, lobbying the European Union, managing an international network of French and European mountain Chambers, running a scientific committee of European researchers, and organising international conferences. Prior to that, Guillaume worked in communication in Myanmar and in Thailand. He has been visiting Myanmar for nearly 20 years, and acquired a deep knowledge of its cultural, economic and political environment. Guillaume holds a Masters Degree in Political Sciences and Economy from Sciences Po Bordeaux (France), as well as a Masters Degree in Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne (France).
