Cindy Burdette is a co-founder of ALLCARE, a platform designed to make company benefits like healthcare, insurance, training, and other perks accessible to all workers including contractuals, freelancers, and self-employed individuals. Alongside ALLCARE, Cindy is also the co-founder of BT Partners Inc. - a consulting firm specializing in demand generation and sales development for enterprise businesses. Before founding ALLCARE, she was the head of B2B Sales and Growth for STORM, one of the country's largest and most successful tech startups, overseeing all client acquisition strategies and servicing operations for the company. Formerly, she was a Director of Tribal Worldwide - Philippines, an integrated digital experience agency, handling one of the largest revenue groups under the MVP group. On top of that, she was also part of the Strategic innovations group for the same company. In her time in Advertising, she has won a number of awards and was recognized as one of the top talents of the group in Asia. In her years in Marketing, she has helped launch products and campaigns that are now household names for many clients. All of this built in over 8 years of experience in product development, sales, and marketing.
ALLCARE is part of the 2018 cohort for Plug and Play Asia Pacific, one of the region's most prestigious startup incubators. Under Plug and Play APAC, Cindy works very closely with senior leaders of corporates around the world to ensure that ALLCARE addresses deep customer problems, becomes a sustainable business and built to a profitable exit. Just recently, she was also selected as 1 of the 60 founders around the world to be part of Founder University, an annual program where selected founders attend a 4-day intensive curriculum taught by successful unicorn founders from around the world. Earlier this year, Cindy represented STORM and the country in the prestigious StartUp World Cup in San Francisco to compete with the world's best startups.
As her way of paying it forward, Cindy advises and helps startups learn from her own founder journey through speaking engagements, sitting on advisory groups, or even one-on-one mentorship when her schedule permits.
