Jerome Ng has over 12 years’ experience competing as a Singapore national representative for major games and international competitions.
He holds numerous state open and national open titles. Further to that, he graduated with an Honors Degree in Business Management while actively involved both competing and leading golf teams. He held numerous positions in club committees to help develop the game at a club level. Jerome is also a member of the Singapore Professional Golf Association.
He turned professional after his retirement from amateur golf and won his first professional local tournament. Jerome started work officially with the Singapore Golf Association in 2015 as an assistant National coach for the National and Development team of Singapore. He then proceeded as a High-Performance Manager in early 2016, in charge of the High-Performance Program and development of golf. 2017, he took on the role of Acting General Manager while still actively involved with the High-Performance Program leading to a historical SEA Games Team Gold.
Jerome has been involved with Singapore Golf for over 16 years and actively working closely with various international sport federations.
He is currently General Manager of the Singapore Golf Association.
Bita is the Executive Director for SACEOS (Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers), the nation’s trade association for the meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions and events industry. In her role, Bita leads the secretariat team to focus on key propositions to its members and industry by creating opportunities for trade, exchange and delivering value to enhance capabilities and standards in the industry; thus supporting to build Singapore’s position as the Global-Asia node of technology, innovation and enterprise.
Adrian Teo, BA, University of Malaya, MSC, Durham University, UK, is President of Singapore Association for Continuing Education (SACE). Consulting principal of a 35-year leadership, teambuilding, cross-cultural and coaching company, he has travelled / trained in 57 countries worldwide. His experience includes being Executive Director of Junior Chamber International, Coral Gables, Florida, Vice-President of Singapore Association for Training & Development (STADA), a founder of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and the inaugural Vice-President of Rotary Club of Mount Sophia.
