Previously, Cybelle was Principal of Gallagher & Associates, an award- winning global where for 25+ years she led the design of projects, including; the International Spy Museum, the National WWII Museum, The Academy Awards Museum, the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Museum as well as visitor centers for Google, COX and Johnson & Johnson.
Ms. Jones has been a guest speaker for the American Institute of Architects (AIA), IAAPA, American Alliance of Museums (AAM), AIGA, The V&A, Museum Next, Building Museums Symposium, FIT, SCAD, UC DAAP and the International Sign Association (ISA).

Farukh Ijaz, P.E., is a distinguished professional in transportation engineering, specializing in traffic engineering, transportation planning, and intelligent transportation systems. He is currently the President and Managing Partner of Consulting Services USA (CSA). Farukh began his academic journey at the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with honors. He continued his pursuit of excellence at the University of Illinois, earning a Master's degree in Civil and Materials Engineering with a perfect GPA. He has Professional Engineering License in New York, New Jersey Maryland, Delaware, Arizona Nevada and Oregon.
Farukh joined the Port Authority of NY & NJ in 2014 as an On-Site Consultant, contributing to complex transportation solutions. Beyond his role at CSA and the Port Authority, Farukh is actively involved in professional organizations, including serving as Past President of ITE Met Section. He has received numerous awards, including recognition as the 2020 Einah Reza M. Pelaez Young Professional of the Year and the 2020 Outstanding Young Professional Year. In 2021, he was honored as a Rising Star by the Institute of Transportation Engineers Northeastern District.

Randall Chenworth, Jr. is the Director of Education for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Metropolitan Washington (MCAMW). Born and raised in Baltimore, Randall's educational journey led him to Towson University, where he honed his passion for teaching. He started his career as an elementary school teacher, where he studied and applied the pedagogy of effective classroom instruction, fostering a love for learning among his students. Over the years, Randall transitioned into various sales roles, harnessing his interpersonal skills and business acumen. Eventually, he found his calling at MCAMW, where he combines his diverse experiences to shape the education and professional development initiatives for the association, helping individuals and organizations in the mechanical contracting industry thrive.
