Miguel is the Founder & Lead Consultant at Timber Wolf Media and CMO-At-Large of Black Marketing. He is a seasoned marketer, business transformation leader and change manager who has led marketing teams in Asia Pacific for major global brands, including PayPal, Nokia, MTV, CNBC, Yahoo, Mediacorp and Singtel. Miguel is also a speaker, trainer and startup mentor.
Michelle Yip is the Chief Marketing Officer of Lazada Singapore. She has been with Lazada Group since 2015.
Prior to her current appointment, Michelle managed several key portfolios within Lazada Group. Most recently, she was instrumental in establishing platform policy and seller governance, building Lazada as a self-regulating marketplace and revamping the user journey for optimal customer experience. Michelle was also responsible for growing the Home category across the six Southeast Asian markets Lazada operates in, forging partnerships with top brands like Philips, Tefal and 3M, and turning it into one of the top-selling categories on Lazada.
During her time at Samsung, Michelle launched the first Galaxy series of Android smartphone devices in Hong Kong and played a key role in establishing the company as a leading global smartphone manufacturer. At Philips, Michelle launched the company’s first digital listening-led consumer education campaign, and through product lifecycle management optimization in key categories, achieved profitability and propelled them to market leadership positions in multiple countries.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore, and a Master of Arts in International Business from Korea University.
Rebecca began her career at a well-known photography studio in Zimbabwe before becoming a shareholder in a UK research company, using video to capture opinions and highlight research findings. As editor-in-chief and publisher of Expat Living, Rebecca has worked across all areas of the company since helping set it up in 2001. Initially her main focuses were writing, photography and design, but her role has grown more managerial as both the size of the team and its number of publications has grown on the back of a successful business model. Aside from the monthly edition of Expat Living in Singapore, the company also publishes a Hong Kong version of the magazine and two established websites, a substantial database and social media platforms.
As the Regional Campaigns Manager for WWF-Singapore, Michael is responsible for bringing communications, campaigning and advocacy work together to deliver conservation outcomes for significant environmental challenges facing the region. His current focus is heavily on tackling the global challenge of plastic pollution, deforestation in Sumatra and the rampant illegal trade in wildlife.
Michael has been with WWF for three years, including a stint working in communications planning in the UK office. He also worked in the advertising industry in London for nearly ten years.

Roy leads the marketing and business development function and team in the Asia Pacific at Withersworldwide, an international law firm with regional offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney. He manages a wide range of marketing functions, including digital marketing, proposal and bid management, media and public relations, market research, lead generation and events management. He was named by the Singapore Business Review in 2017 as one of Singapore’s 10 "Most Notable Chief Marketing Officers Aged 40 and Under", and was the only law firm marketing professional on the list.
