Engr. Luis Angelo Sevilla or L.A. is a licensed mechanical engineer. He graduated BS Mechanical Engineering at the Mapua Institute of Technology now Mapua University in 2011. During his time in the University, he co-founded the Mapua Debate Corps and have competed in tournaments locally and abroad

He is currently the President of JCI Manila, formerly known as the Manila Jaycees. He served as director in 2015 and VP in 2016. He won the JCI World Debate Championship in the JCI Asian Conference back in 2014 and 2016.

He is now also the President of F.R. Sevilla Industrial and Development Corporation, a family owned business that has been running for 41 years. It is a specialty contractor for centralized airconditioning systems.

Some professional organizations that he’s part of are the Philippine Society for Ventilating and Refrigerating Engineers (PSVARE), American Society for Heating, Refrigerating, and Airconditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Philippine Society for Mechanical Engineers (PSME).

Despite all of his commitments, he is a hands on dad to their 4 month old baby.

As Secretary General of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia & the Pacific (ADFIAP), Octavio B. Peralta – better known as Bobby in association community here and abroad – has developed over a course of 28 years a network of friends and allies in the association and MICE world. Bobby has been instrumental in creating and sustaining PCAAE and APFAO, the Asia- Pacific Federation of Association Organizations. For these efforts, Bobby is affectionately called the “Association Man” by his colleagues and peers.

Jesse has extensive exposure in the field of Human Resource Management.

He earned his MBA degree at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (sans thesis) and BSBA Management course, magna cum laude, from the Aquinas University, Legazpi City. He has a Diploma in Human Resource Development, Compensation Management, Labor Relations, and HR Planning and Acquisition from the Jose Rizal University.

He is a Management and Human Resource Consultant, Training Consultant, Seminar Facilitator and Speaker as he conducts programs on values, leadership, emotional intelligence, work life integration, team alignment, career development, job hunting as well as sales and customer service.

Jesse was the Corporate Human Resources Head of the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
He shifted career to become the Inquirer’s AVP for Sales - Classified Advertising and then was promoted as AVP for Industry Relations.

Jesse was the Editor of the Inquirer’s Working People Section and the Chairman / Editor of ECOP’s Philippine Employer Magazine.

He was the 2011 President of the Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD) and the 2016, President of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), currently the President-Elect of the Philippine Association of Professional Speakers (PAPS), the 2019 PSTD Vice Chairman, and a member of the Board of Trustee of the Philippine Council of Associations and Association Executives (PCAAE).

Nico Serrano has been in the life insurance industry for seven years as a unit manager of Philam Life. He’s a graduate of Integrated Marketing Communications from University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). He recently finished his MBA program from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB) in 2018 where he was a consistent student leader and a dean's lister. He served as the AGSB Student Council President for S.Y. 2017-2018. In 2019, he is elected as the National President of Life Underwriters Association of the Philippines. He is the Philippine representative for the Asia Pacific Life Insurance Congress (APLIC) 2019 in Asia World Expo, Hong Kong.
