Mr. Sunil More is a graduate in electrical engineering with post graduation in management. After working in the electrical manufacturing industry for 7 years, in 1980 he joined Indian Electrical Manufacturers Association (rechristened as Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association – IEEMA in 1986), and rose to become its Director General in 1995. He retired from IEEMA in 2010 and continued as mentor to IEEMA for another two years. During his long tenure of 32 years at the association, he spearheaded numerous activities including interaction with the government, addressing industry issues, organizing conferences and promoting exports.
As Organizing Secretary, he organized one of the world’s largest electrical and electronics exhibitions - the biennial ELECRAMA. As a CEO of the association, he was also the editor of its mouthpiece, a techno-commercial magazine dedicated to the electrical and electronics industry.
He has travelled to more than 50 countries around the world for international networking and business development.
After being an employee for about 40 years, he embarked on a new journey as an employer and started an exhibition and event management & consultancy organisation - FAIRACT, that also owns or co-owns several expos and events within India and abroad.
He is also the current President of IESA - Indian Exhibition Services Association.
He completed his Bachelor of Engineering – B.E. (Electrical) from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in 1974.
Iti Rawat, is an ex- Apple and ex- Nike employee, a motivational speaker, an entrepreneur and a Retail Experience Enhancer - have worked with several international and national firms on various projects for them in the Retail industry. Her company Thinkhall Training and Consultancy has recently been awarded as the TOP5 Startup for Diversity by divHersity Awards 2020 for the second year in a row.
She also run a Foundation firm called WEFT Women Entrepreneurs Foundation, which is helping bridge the diversity in landscape of start up eco system. WEFT promotes more women to take up entrepreneurship and help those who are already running a business. She have been a mentor to many start up organisation and have also seen an exit in a well funded start up called Makerpreneur India Pvt Ltd.

K Venkataraj, Deputy Director-General of SAEINDIA, fondly known as Venky, is an accomplished IT Sales & Business Development Professional with 29 years of experience. He has started his career as a CAD/CAM technical engineer and moved on to PLM Sales Professional in NIIT, TCS, and IBM.
He has served the Americas & Middle East markets for almost a decade in the different territory, business development profiles for IBM. During his IBM tenure, he has built a relationship with BlackBerry, Waldorf Astoria, Saud Bhawan Group, Ashok Leyland, HAL, ADA, and other leading automotive, aerospace, IT giants.
Venky has been associated with SAEINDIA as a volunteer for 12 years, before moving into SAEINDIA as Dy Director General in September 2016. In this role, he needs to work with Top Mobility Organizations like Mahindra, Maruti, ARAI, Renault Nissan, Boeing in India. He was a Chief Guest in several Engineering Conferences/events at premier Engineering Institutions like SRM University, RMK Engineering College-Chennai, KCT-Coimbatore, PES-Bangalore, MCKV-Kolkata in the Automobile Engineering area. He has built a relationship with NATRIP (National Automotive Test Research Infrastructure Project), GARC-Chennai, and ICAT Manesar.
He is a firm believer in achieving success through a process-driven approach with professional relationship management skills. His primary responsibility is to execute the vision of SAEINDIA, set by its Top Decision-Making body, the Managing Committee, to improve market coverage and maximize value delivery to our members.
His secondary responsibility is to maintain a professional relationship with SAE International and other partner organizations connected with automotive, aerospace, and off-highway industries in India.

Shekhar Sanyal joined IET India in 2009 and under his leadership, IET India has grown from 800 members to 13,000. He continues to oversee the Indian branch of the organisation and has been referenced for his work in many mainstream publications. At IET India he leads over 1000 volunteers in South Asia to help impact areas like IoT, Future of Mobility and Transport and Future of work.
Shekhar has worked to help organisations increase their productivity to create extraordinary results. He is able to connect the dots faster and thereby able to create strategy and build markets quickly. Shekhar has a track record of turning around organisations from stagnancy to performance within a short span. Gregg H. Talley, FASAE, CAE, President & CEO, has a broad range of experience from several perspectives and over 30 years within the Association/Event Management Industry. Prior to founding Talley Management Group, Inc. (TMG), Gregg worked with a destination marketing organization and for a hotel development company. In 1987 he founded Talley Management Group, Inc. with his business partner and father, Robert K. Talley.
With a degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in international relations, Gregg has utilized those skills to plan national and international events and manage national and international organizations and boards in an array of industries including healthcare, education, technology and finance. Gregg gained his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 1999 and his Fellow of the American Society for Association Executives (FASAE) designation in 2008.
