CEO of DKCC NetherlandsIsmène Elbers : CEO and Founder of DKCC-Netherland (De Kunst CultuurCoach ) and IssyProductions.
As a Creative Futurist Consultant and Multipotentialite (Emilie Wapnick TEDX) she is working together with companies and organizations within the Creative Industry, Education, healthcare and more. She co-works with other freelancers, and self-employed individuals. Alongside, Ismène is also an Art & Cultural Coach, Co-Teacher at schools, Dutch Cultural Youth Fund Intermediate. She also is a performing Artist and motivational speaker on various topics, and she got the opportunity already to work with TEDx in the Netherlands. During the Lockdown COVID-19 period 2020-2021, Ismène was asked as an Interim Manager and creative out-off the box thinker to work for the Government's highest demanding challenge "Covid-19 Contact Tracing". Contact tracing is the process of identifying all people that a COVID-19 patient has come in contact with in the last two weeks. It was the Government's (GGD) biggest collaborating with the Telecom-company Teleperformance. This time, Ismène was working together with a team on how people could WAH (Work at Home) and stay healthy and motivated. The Agents that were doing this call center work came from all kinds of work area, artist, lawyers, mothers, students, pilots and so on and all with their various backgrounds it was a big challenge on keeping everybody onboard. Ismène her task and mission was how can we guide and support our WAHA ( Working at Home Agents) as good as we can to keep them healthy and motivated within this day to day job from home. She still has a good relationship with her former team members...
"Ismène; the stories we shared, the trust we had, and especially the fun made us feel connected as a team overthought we were miles apart in our own HOME." Every day, I started with my video morning Coffee Team's meeting. "Goodmorninggggg Team.... ( "Goodmorning Vietnam" Movie ) what's on your mind today! And I ended the day with... "Don't forget to time-out":) See you tomorrow..... In between, I took not only time to review their work, but I also was their life-coach, and we would have video coaching in between. I hope to make a movie about this period one day.
Today, Ismène choose to go back towards her creative roots and re-started her DKCC Netherlands practice. She now has a collaborating with the Coaching & Training Method "Blauwprint.com". Check it out... you will love it!
